The Rezizt PSC Series is a practical way to add personal protection to almost any vehicle seat without the need for engineering changes. Installation takes two to three minutes and the universal pattern is designed to fit car, 4×4 and truck seats, so protection can move with the task and the fleet.
Each cover integrates a fragment‑absorbing seat cushion and back panel. The main cover is secured in seconds using adjustable hook‑and‑loop straps that curve around the seat for a stable fit. A low‑profile front pocket, positioned under the thigh area, provides convenient storage for a phone or sidearm while adding a degree of blast mitigation to items stowed there.
We offer three configurations, Essential, Forte and Forte Extra, to meet different threat profiles and operating needs. Combine with our fully compatible Seat Back Ballistic Shield options for added rearward protection.
PSC Essential Fragment protection to the back, torso and base of the seat, rated to 400 m/s under STANAG 2920 V50. It’s a fast, lightweight option for fleets that need a meaningful uplift in survivability without adding weight or complexity, and it fits in moments with no tools required..
PSC Forte Provides cover for the same back, torso and base area as the Essential, but is built to a higher protection level of 600 m/s. It suits vehicles operating in a higher threat environment where the extra performance is worth having, with the same fast, straightforward fit.
PSC Forte Extra The 600 m/s protection level of the Forte, with side protection wing pieces added to extend coverage around the seat. The wing pieces strap into place easily, no tools needed, making it a practical choice for a crew facing threats from more than one direction, such as a Land Rover working close terrain.

Seat Back Ballistic Shield
The Seat Back Ballistic Shield fits over the headrest, rated to STANAG 2920 V50 400 m/s, and pulls free in seconds to double as a standalone shield.
Essential comes with insert pockets for either customer supplied plates or we can also supply with lightweight Level III Rifle Resistant Plates.
Forte is supplied with Rezizt’s Level III+ plates against higher threats – please ask for more details.
Forte Extra is fitted with Level IV plates rated against 7.62 AP.
All ballistic threats quoted are to US Specification NIJ 0101.
