Rezizt newly launched Generation 2 Blast Blankets build on the success of the Generation 1 systems that have been copied but never equalled. Our new blankets utilise the next generation of aramid fabrics (Kevlar® or Twaron®), made in our own factories. We can assure customers of products that are made to the original test standards, and we also carry out stringent material batch testing. We offer standard sizes as per the table, but we can adapt and include extra features such as magnetic strips to allow blankets to be used on steel skinned vehicles, extra Velcro loops to allow the blankets to be attached to buildings or personnel more easily.
The blanket is used for breaching operations, to cover IED’s whilst awaiting the arrival of the EOD teams, or as a protection against unknown threats. The sizes offered can be varied. Please ask if you need the blankets made at a bespoke size or shape, specifically for your needs.

The Rezizt K9 Safe is designed for the safe and secure transport of explosive samples.
Such samples are used for operating with search dogs. Working quantities of explosives are also required to be moved on the road by EOD teams.
The K9 Safe combines the capabilities of our Mailsafe and DetSafe ranges in a compact, robust form.
Using the excellent heat resistance of the XPT blast protection material, as proven in the DetSafe range, the explosive samples will be well protected in the event of a vehicle fire.
Mounted to vehicle floor and able to be padlocked for security, the K9 Safe is operated from its front with simple but robust sliding bolts.

The Blast Container is designed for use in an environment such as post rooms, security offices and companies where an IED threat is deemed to be likely.
Our new improved winding process takes the traditional material to create a container, with lighter weight and the same performance as the early containers that are still available in the market place. Lower weight allows for easier manoeuvring and the smaller external dimensions take up less space. We have re-introduced the rolling rubber external rings that have been an important part for moving the container from one site to another.
The standard international orange colour can be easily changed. We also allow for logo incorporation on 5+ container orders.
The base plate is for use where the floor is known to be no more than 6” of reinforced concrete.
We also adapt and make litter bins with blast resistant properties. Please ask for more information.

Mailsafe (open)
The Mailsafe is designed to live alongside mail scanning equipment for the rapid, safe isolation of any item that is of concern.
Evacuation procedures can then be carried out in a safe manner. Use of the Mailsafe may also reduce the extent of evacuation required within a facility.
Should a device detonate inside the Mailsafe, it will minimise damage to the surrounding room and contain the forensic evidence from the device – both factors minimising the downtime and disruption to the organisation.

Detonators are an essential tool for many military, civil and humanitarian applications. They are however very sensitive items and so great restrictions are placed on their conditions of storage and transportation.
Detsafe are a family of units that have been designed to provide safe handling of detonators. Should a detonator initiate by accident in one of the internal moulded chambers, there will be no consequential initiation of detonators in neighbouring chambers or any effects outside of the Detsafe itself.
