PSC Series
Protection that moves with the task or the fleet

Stringent testing is regularly carried out to ensure our products meet the worldwide standards.
The Rezizt PSC Series is a practical way to add personal protection to almost any vehicle seat without the need for engineering changes. Installation takes two to three minutes and the universal pattern is designed to fit car, 4×4 and truck seats, so protection can move with the task and the fleet.
Each cover integrates a fragment‑absorbing seat cushion and back panel. The main cover is secured in seconds using adjustable hook‑and‑loop straps that curve around the seat for a stable fit. A low‑profile front pocket, positioned under the thigh area, provides convenient storage for a phone or sidearm while adding a degree of blast mitigation to items stowed there.
The PSC Series spans five configurations to match different threat profiles and operating needs. In addition, we offer an optional back panel for PSC600 and PSCL3a variants.
PSC400 delivers fragment and blast protection with a V50 of 400 m/s. It’s the simplest way to uplift survivability in unarmoured or lightly armoured vehicles where weight, cost and speed of fit are priorities.
PSC600 raises fragment and blast performance again to a V50 of 600 m/s and is also compatible with the optional Rear Shield module.
PSCL3a adds certified handgun protection to fragment and blast performance. It meets NIJ 0101.06 Level Ia, including .44 Magnum, and exceeds 600 m/s V50. Compatible with the optional Rear Shield module for enhanced rearward protection.
When combined with the L3 or L4 packages, the PSCL3a module delivers an enhanced level of defence by incorporating hard armour plates for additional protection.

Optional Rear Shield
An add‑on back panel matches the protection level of the main cover and features an internal pocket to accept hard armour plates (including SAPI formats), enabling rifle‑threat coverage to the rear of the headrest and back area when specified up to NIJ Level I or IV.
A quick‑release clip system alows the panel to be detached rapidly and used as a hand‑held balistic shield.
